Lady Gaga Praises Teen’s Anti-Bullying Fight (VIDEO)

A 17-year old teen from Canada is bullied in elementary school. As student council president of his high school he arranged for an assembly with an anti-bullying theme and even petitioned his peers to take action against bullying. He then wrote a letter to Lady Gaga... and she responded!
